VZN Agency — End User License Agreement (EULA) & Software User Agreement

This Software User Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "Licensee" or "User") and VZN Agency ("Licensor"). This agreement governs your use of the professional tax preparation software provided via our platform.

1. License Grant

Subject to your payment of the $699 annual commercial license fee, VZN Agency grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the professional tax preparation software for lawful commercial business purposes during the designated tax season.

2. Legal Responsibility & Filing Compliance

• Independent Practice: The Licensee operates as a completely independent tax preparer and/or tax business entity. VZN Agency does not employ, manage, or direct your tax preparation practice.
• Accuracy of Data: The Licensee bears 100% legal liability and sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy, truthfulness, and compliance of all data, tax forms, W-2s, and schedules input into the software interface. VZN Agency is not liable for filing errors, data omissions, math errors, or IRS audits triggered by the Licensee's filings.

3. Federal Guardrails & IRS Compliance

• PTIN Registry: The Licensee warrants that they hold a valid and active PTIN issued by the Internal Revenue Service.
• Section 7216 Regulations: Licensee strictly agrees to abide by Internal Revenue Code Section 7216. Licensee shall not disclose, share, or utilize any taxpayer data or financial documents collected through the software for any purposes outside of official tax preparation without explicit, legally documented, signed consent from the respective client.

4. Integrated Bank Products & Transactional Fees

Licensee acknowledges and consents to the automatic routing of backend transactional tech fees ($39 per funded return) via our authorized white-label settlement bank partners. These fees are securely deducted directly from the taxpayer's refund product prior to final fee disbursement.

5. Termination & Access Revocation

VZN Agency reserves the right, without liability, to immediately suspend or permanently revoke software access credentials if it is discovered that the Licensee is engaging in fraudulent filing activities, severe compliance violations, or unauthorized distribution of intellectual property or corporate training assets.
