Welcome to VZN Agency ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, platform, and commercial services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Business & Services Overview

VZN Agency provides an all-in-one financial dashboard offering credit restoration marketing services and professional tax preparation software licensing. We operate as a software provider and Service Bureau platform. We do not provide direct legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. Account Registration

To access our professional tax preparation platform, users must register for an Enterprise Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) if required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). You maintain sole responsibility for all activity occurring under your software credentials.

3. Subscription, Licensing, & Fee Structures

• Upfront License Fee: Access to the Enterprise Tier requires an upfront commercial software license fee of $699 per year. This fee covers software provisioning, tech support, and promotional platform access.
• Backend Tech Fees: Users agree to a flat $39 processing/tech fee per funded tax return bank product.
• Payout Retention: Users retain 100% of their established tax preparation fees. VZN Agency executes a $0 fee-split model. Payouts are distributed automatically through integrated third-party banking product institutions once funded by the IRS.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos (including VZN Agency), UI elements, website code, and corporate training materials inside the VZN Corporate Training Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of VZN Agency and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VZN Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the platform, marketing materials, or software.
